Our aim is to despatch orders within 48 hours. Delivery within Ireland is normally 2-5 working days from date despatched. For overseas estimated delivery times, please contact us via email.
If you enter a home delivery address, please ensure that there is someone there to take in the delivery if it is too large for your letter box. If you are not there, the delivery company will either leave a card in your door or contact you by phone, the delivery company will only make 1 attempt to deliver your order.
It is our policy to re-use and re-cycle packaging where possible.
Back orders
Where a customer has ordered a book that is not yet published along with books that are in stock, we will automatically hold the complete order unless otherwise instructed by the customer. Where a customer wants split deliveries and qualifies for free delivery, this will only apply to the first delivery; a delivery charge will be applied on the second order. Where a customer does not qualify for free delivery, appropriate delivery charges will be applied to the all deliveries within the order.
Collection
If you chose to collect your purchases from BEST Services in Galway, you must contact us to ensure the order will be ready and someone there when you arrive. BEST Services attends most breastfeeding related conferences in Ireland. Contact us to ask if your order can be collected at the event.
To pay for an order that you will collect, enter PICKUP in the coupon box at checkout and shipping will not be added.
Shipping charges
We aim to keep our keep our delivery costs as low as possible while getting you your order promptly and efficiently. We use An Post for small packages within Ireland and a courier for large parcels. Overseas deliveries are done via courier or An Post.
The price that we charge takes into consideration the weight and size of the items and the delivery destination. You can check the shipping cost of your order by using the button in the shopping cart. Make sure the country is showing correctly in the shipping table.
