Payment by Paypal is the quickest.
If you pay by personal euro cheque your order will not ship until you cheque clears. For a non-Irish bank this could take 2-3 weeks.
Order acceptance and the completion of the transaction will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
* Non-availability of a product or products
* Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted via email or by phone.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
You can cancel or amend any order placed with BEST Services provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please forward your order confirmation email to email@example.com with CANCELLATION in the subject field. We will notify you as to whether the order has been dispatched at that stage. If the order has been dispatched, you may return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund (delivery charges will not be refunded). Goods need to be in original packaging and in a saleable condition (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact).
Damage or shortages
Customers must report any shortages or damages by email within 24 hours of delivery i.e. scratches, dents or tears. It's important that every product is carefully and thoroughly inspected by you immediately upon delivery. BEST Services will not be responsible for any damages not reported within 24 hours.
In the event of BEST Services having to send you a replacement product, you must return the original item to BEST Services within 7 days of receiving the replacement product which will have a prepaid return envelope enclosed. BEST Services reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement if the item is not returned within 7 days. If you decide to keep the original item, just email us and we will charge the cost of the item to you.
We aim to ensure that the condition of every product listed on this website is as described in those listings.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with any product, you may return your purchase by post within 14 days for a full refund. Goods need to be in original packaging and in a saleable condition (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). Refund will be made to your credit card or by cheque.
By purchasing from BEST Services you agree that a full refund with paid delivery will be your sole and exclusive remedy for any product you receive that is not as described on the BEST Services website, and you waive all other remedies or actions in such event. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Official Purchase Orders
Official Purchase Orders are accepted from Irish-based organisations.
Step 1: Put Accounts Office details (or whoever the invoice is to be sent to) in the Billing address section, including email address. Check Delivery address is correct.
Step 2: Put the words Purchase Order and the PO Number in the Special Instructions box plus the name and phone number of the person to contact with any queries about the order.

Step 3: This page can be printed for your records.
Invoice will be sent to the Accounts Office due within 30 days of invoice date. Goods will be sent to the Delivery Address on the order.
